Mary is a graduate of Molloy College with Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as pediatric nurse from 1984 until 2000. She graduated from the Charleston School of Massage in 2002 and is Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.  She is Licensed to Practice as a Massage Therapist by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Nursing and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Mary is trained in and practices: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Cancer Massage, LaStone® Therapy, Thai on the Table Massage, Mehta Face Massage, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, and Cupping.
